not sure if this post requires commentary. these arctic beasts speaks for themselves.... & they speak my native tongue! i think the designers had ADD.... namely attention to detail disorder. native tribal fleece collar, brass eyelets, speckled laces, sheepskin accents & lining, layered suede panelling, faux fur uppers bonded to gum outsole. absolutely abominable.

when we hear the words 'made in china', it conjurs thoughts of mass production, cheap labour, poor construction & inferior materials. these work boots were made in old world china however & reveal construction to rival any contemporary. they come in a lush coffee coloured suede bonded to a hard wearing rubber outsole.

separated from their 'other half' after production in the 1970's & sold to inspiring shoemakers, these single shoes were salvaged from a derelict workshop & restored to life. all manufactured in spain from the very same last, each shoe was re-married with an odd partner close enough however to resemble itself whether by style, detail or colour. the result are some incredible asymmetrical couples with reconciled differences having new age fun with a vintage feel!
